PT + CARDIO

Get a FULL BODY resistance training workout with a qualified personal trainer as well as a fat burning cardio session which runs for approximately 60mins.

Upon paying for a 4 pack of sessions you will be directed to complete a PCQ (Pre Commencement Questionnaire); this will enable the personal trainer to tailor the program for your needs.

After the assessment is completed, usually within 48hours, you will be sent your WEIGHT LOSS and Take Away EXERCISE PROGRAM which you can do at the gym or at home when you are not with your personal trainer.
