Class Types

ABT (Abs Butts Thighs)

A low impact class which incorporates weight resistance training, improving cardiovascular fitness, bone density, muscle strength and muscle tone.

A full body workout starting off with FAT BURNING CARDIO, which you can keep low impact or take high. Then a series of various exercises to target the ABT region. Lot's of FUN and suitable for EVERY LEVEL OF FITNESS!

Good calorie burner and muscle tone workout; work at your own pace and fitness level.


The water workout class that is great for getting people into shape. Suitable for all levels of fitness. This class can be attended by non swimmers. Good calorie burner in a minimal impact environment.

Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. LI (Low Impact)

A great cardio class that anyone can take at their own pace. Beti really jazzes up the choreography to suit the class level. All that cardio is followed up by an active cooldown and an intense ABS session followed by a complete stretch. Great calorie burner.


Pilates was founded by by Joseph H. Pilates and focuses on increasing flexibility and strength for the body. Beti uses a range of equipment to ensure the class is fun, engaging and effective. Shape N Tone

Give your body a reason to change; Shape N Tone challenges your core and global muscles to facilitate real body changes. Consisting of 3 distinct components, Cardio, Resistance Training and Core, Shape N Tone will give you a full body and cardio workout resulting in Fat Loss and Body Tone. Mega calorie burner.


Group Cycling Class where beti focuses on technique taking each rider through different intensities and types of rides. Mega calorie burner.

Tae Box

Mixed martial arts with a huge emphasis on technique. Mega fat burner class. Mega calorie burner.

Tae Sculpt - Tae Box with Body Sculpting

Martial Arts moves to music which renders an awesome fat and calorie burning session followed by a full body sculpting session for toning muscles. Suitable for Beginners to Advanced. Great calorie burner plus muscle tone.


The Tummy Hips and Thighs class incorporates a cardio intro, which is great for burning fat, and a resistance training finale, which targets the Tummy Hips and Thigh area of the body. Good calorie burner plus targeted muscle tone.

Tri Athletic

This class incorporates Hi-Lo Aerobics + Step Aerobics + Resistance Training with weights. Great calorie burner.
