Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services purchased via this website or in person with betiPT.

1.0 Personal Training or Group Personal Training

24 hours or more notice given
24 hours minimum notice for cancellation is required for any Personal Training Service, including Group Personal Training. The amount paid for the cancelled PT session is transferred to the next booked PT session.

Less than 24 hours notice for cancellation: If less than 24 hours notice is given then the full amount for the training session is charged.

No notification of cancellation: If the client is a 'no-show' (does not notify of any cancellation and does not turn up for the booked session) then the full amount for the session is charged and all future booked sessions are cancelled automatically.
